This summer we are beyond excited to announce a new partnership with Chef Joe Gancarz. We can create custom gourmet menus to suit the needs of both large and small groups, and we tap into the diversity of our kitchen staff to craft ethnic-inspired dishes, often fusing multiple culinary traditions in innovative ways. Prior to moving to Charleston, Patrick had been a part of the food and beverage industry for nearly 12 years, previously as a Sous Chef for a luxury hotel group in Cincinnati.

El Gaucho is currently sponsoring two aspiring chefs through this program: Jonathan Garcia at El Gaucho Seattle, under Executive Chef Matt Brandsey, and Martin Balke at El Gaucho Bellevue, under Executive Chef John Broulette. Trained and managed catering culinary team.
